International calling is available exclusively on the Business plan ($32/user/month billed annually). Starter and trial accounts cannot make outbound international calls. Inbound calls from abroad are always accepted on all plans at no cost.
How do I know what a call will cost before I dial?
If the destination is in your included bundle, the call is free. If it has a per-minute rate, Allo displays it before the call connects. Credits are only deducted after the call starts. You're never charged without seeing the rate first.
What's the difference between "included" and "credit-based" destinations?
Included destinations are available within your Business plan. Credit-based destinations deduct from your account's credit balance at a per-minute rate, shown upfront before dialing. You can top up your credit balance at any time from the billing section of your account.
